Deposits - To secure your date we require a deposit of £100.00 this is

non-transferrable or refundable.

FAQs

  • What areas of the UK do you cover?
    We are based in Holymoorside Chesterfield so mainly cater to the Peak District; however we are very happy to travel further afield, so please get in touch to discuss further.
  • Can I supply my own alcohol?
    No. Due to our licences and viability we are unable to provide our service if other alcohol is to be supplied or consumed. The only occasion where bringing your own alcohol is allowed is for brand launching i.e the brand is an alcoholic based company.
  • Do you offer Dry Hire (Bar/ Equipment only?)
    This depends on your event, for weddings and parties this isn't something we offer. However for brand activation events, this is certainly something we can do.
  • What types of bar (payment wise) are available?
    There are a few different options, listed below: - PAYG (Pay as you go) Cash bar - Guests pay - Part - paid bar (once its gone we switch to a cash bar) - Fully paid (Open bar) - Token bar ( Company / Event organiser provides a token to their guests i.e for a certain drink, anything else is a cash bar) If there is another way you would like to run your bar we are happy to discuss and work with you.
  • Do I need to apply for a licence?
    For weddings and private parties, no, we take care of everything. If your event requires a temporary events notice (TEN) for the sale of alcohol, we can apply directly for this on your behalf. Your booking fee includes this service. For larger events, such as festivals or other events where there will be multiple venders/entertainment, the event organiser will need to apply for the appropriate licensing, rather than us.
  • Do you have the necessary insurance & licence?
    Yes, we have public liability insurance and a license will be present at any event we cater for. If your venue isn’t licensed, we apply for the temporary events notice, too.
  • Can I personalise the bar in any way?
    Yes! We love it when you do! We have chalkboards on the doors of our bar which we are very happy to personalise for you i.e Couples or Company name. We also provide personalised cocktails which we can write on display for you. If your event has a set theme or you would like to add floral decorations we are happy to work with you and send you over dimensions for your florist to work with.
  • What do you serve your drinks in?
    This depends on the type of event. For markets and festivals we use biodegradable disposable cups. For weddings and corporate events / organised parties we use a mix of glassware and biodegradable disposable cups. For the welcome drink we use glassware then for the remainder of the event we use biodegradable disposable cups. This is due to the fact we don't have any facilities to wash a large amount of glassware. However! We can personalise your biodegradable disposable cups with your event date / couples name or any ideas you have. For smaller parties we can look at a glassware only service but there will be a charge for broken / lost glasses.
  • Can I choose the drinks served at my event?
    Yes! We offer a personalised cocktail menu, this is where you choose the cocktails you want to be served at your event. We have a standard bar which sells your main stream spirits and mixers. You can choose the wine you would like to have served from our wine list. In regards to beer we mostly run a bottle only service however if tap beer is what you want we can instal this for a premium so please get in touch so we can talk through the options.
